Can you take Caffeine and Creatine together?
Early concerns that caffeine blocks creatine have been largely disproven by newer research. They can be taken together.

Info
Evidence
moderate
Timing
Together if convenient.
How it works
A 1996 study suggested caffeine inhibited phosphocreatine resynthesis, but subsequent research has not consistently replicated this at typical doses.
The Vandenberghe (1996) study that sparked the concern used a specific repeated-sprint protocol. More recent studies across different exercise modalities show no meaningful interference between moderate caffeine and creatine loading.
What to do
Take together if convenient. Caffeine pre-workout, creatine at any time. Both are among the most well-studied sports supplements.
